Additional Information: Nikolai is on the run. He no longer wishes to serve the country grew up in. Russia has changed for the worst, and Nikolai wants nothing to do with it. He has vital information that would be dangerous to Russia in the hands of Allied Forces, or America. He was very will trained, and a proven killer in his line of duty. Therefore, Nikolai is a High Value Target for the Russian Federation and must be taken out. His whereabouts are unknown.
